The Ether Dome Challenge

Overview

We helped the Healthcare Transformation Lab at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) running an internal ideation challenge called the Ether Dome Challenge (EDC). This initiative sought solutions from frontline workers to improve the organization and healthcare delivery at MGH.

Results

We analyzed the results of the challenge to understand the extent to which staff at MGH were motivated to participate and contribute ideas. The results of our analysis have been published here.
